摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是秋季高发的一种呼吸系统疾病,其虽以阵发性喷嚏、清水样鼻涕、鼻塞等为主症,但不少过敏性鼻炎患者在临床上鼻干、鼻痒症状也异常突出。该文从探析秋燥之源流入手,以《黄帝内经》“燥胜则干”理论为基础,并结合现代医学对于过敏性鼻炎的研究,笔者将探讨秋燥与过敏性鼻炎发生的相关性,并列举由肺导致的其他脏器病变所致的肺—脾—过敏性鼻炎、肺—肾—过敏性鼻炎以及肺—肝—过敏性鼻炎之间发生的相关性。以期为现代临床防治此病提供可行的中医学理论依据和新的思路,进而更好的发挥中医药在防治此病中的优势。Allergic rhinitis is arespiratory disease that occurs frequently in autumn.Although it is mainly characterized by paroxysmal sneezing,watery nasal discharge and nasal congestion,many patients with allergic rhinitisalso have prominent symptoms of dry nose and nasal itching in clinical practice.Based on the theory of“dryness causing deficiency of fluid”in Huangdi Neijing,and combined with the research of modern medicine on allergic rhinitis,the authorexplored the correlation between dryness in autumn and the occurrence of allergic rhinitis.In addition,the correlation of lung-spleen-allergic rhinitis,lung-kidney-allergic rhinitis,lung-liver-allergic rhinitis caused by other organ lesions caused by lung was listed,in order to provide feasible theoretical basis and new ideas of traditional Chinese medicine for modern clinical prevention and treatment of this disease,and then give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of this disease.
