摘  要:双层振动弛张筛(double-deck vibration flip-flow screen,DDVFFS)是一种新型筛分设备,解决了传统单层振动弛张筛无法同时获得多个粒度产品的难题。现有的DDVFFS在实际应用中存在振动不稳定和实际振幅不符合设计要求的问题。基于此,建立了DDVFFS的小阻尼三自由度动力学模型,并利用复数法获得了动力学模型的解析解。研制了DDVFFS试验台,根据动力响应中参与度较高的两阶模态获得了构建瑞利阻尼矩阵的比例系数α和β,并将阻尼矩阵代入动力学模型,求解得到了试验台在正常工作过程中振幅的理论值。试验台的振幅测试值与理论值之间的最大误差为3.13%,固有频率的测试值与理论值之间的最大误差为9.33%,验证了所建立的小阻尼三自由度动力学模型的准确性。Double-deck vibration flip-flow screen(DDVFFS)is a new type of screening equipment solving the problem of traditional single-deck vibration flip-flow screen being unable to simultaneously obtain products with multiple particle sizes.The existing DDVFFSs have problems of unstable vibration and actual amplitude not meeting design requirements in practical applications.Here,a small damping 3-DOF dynamic model of DDVFFS was established,and its analytical solution was obtained using the complex method.The corresponding DDVFFS test platform was developed.Proportional coefficientsαandβfor constructing Rayleigh damping matrix were obtained according to two order modes with higher participation in dynamic responses.Rayleigh damping matrix was then substituted into the dynamic model to solve and obtain theoretical values of vibration amplitude of the test platform in normal working process.Test results showed that the maximum error between the measured vibration amplitude values and the theoretical vibration amplitude values is 3.13%;the maximum error between the measured values and the theoretical values of the model’s natural frequencies is 9.33%;the correctness of the established small damping 3-DOF dynamic model is verified.
