“一带一路”背景下商科职教标准输出路径研究——基于《老挝电子商务5级职业教育国家标准》的探索与实践

摘　　要：加快推进高等职业教育教学标准的国际输出对于贯彻落实国家“一带一路”倡议意义重大。本文从宏观、中观、微观三个层面分析了商科职教标准国际输出的现实逻辑,以《老挝电子商务5级职业教育国家标准》的探索与实践为例,总结其“三阶段、六要素”工作过程、特色及成效,从“找准定位、理清思路、突出特色、明确任务、精准实施”五个维度总结了商科职教标准国际输出的推进策略。研究对于构建符合时代需求的商科职教标准输出体系、推动电商人才培养模式的创新性发展具有重要意义。Accelerating the international dissemination of higher vocational education teaching standards holds significant importance for implementing the national"Belt and Road Initiative".This paper analyzes the practical logic of international dissemination of vocational education standards in business disciplines from macro,meso,and micro levels.Taking the exploration and practice of Laos’E-commerce Level 5 Vocational Education National Standard as an example,it summarizes the"three stages,six elements"workflow,distinctive features,and outcomes.Additionally,it proposes promotion strategies for international dissemination of vocational education standards in business disciplines across five dimensions:"clarifying positioning,organizing frameworks,highlighting uniqueness,defining tasks,and precise implementation."The study contributes to constructing a business-oriented vocational education standard dissemination system aligned with contemporary demands and fostering innovative development in e-commerce talent cultivation models.
