摘 要:为探究乌弄龙水库水体浮游植物群落结构组成及其影响因素,选取2021年9月至2022年2月乌弄龙水库6个断面12个点位的浮游植物和水质进行监测与分析,共鉴定出浮游植物7门143种,其中蓝藻6种、硅藻122种、绿藻4种、隐藻3种、金藻5种、甲藻2种和裸藻1种。浮游植物细胞密度为2.22×10^(5)~5.91×10^(5) cells/L,主要优势种为硅藻门类的等片藻属、曲壳藻属和隐藻,浮游植物香浓多样性指数为1.62~3.31。结果表明:乌弄龙水库浮游植物群落结构较为复杂,细胞密度和多样性指数变化具有较强的时空一致性,水温、悬浮物浓度和总磷浓度可能是乌弄龙水库藻类增殖的主要驱动因子。鉴于浮游植物为敏感水域水体状况重要的指示物种,关注水库浮游植物群落的演变规律对于防止水库藻类异常增殖具有积极意义。In order to understand the structural composition of the phytoplankton community and its influencing factors in Wunonglong Reservoir,the phytoplankton and water quality in six sections of Wunonglong Reservoir were monitored and analyzed from September 2021 to February 2022.A total of 143 species of phytoplankton from 7 phyla were identified,including 6 species of cyanobacteria,122 species of diatoms,4 species of green algae,3 species of cryptophytes,5 species of golden algae,2 species of methanobacteria,and 1 species of ruderal algae.The cell density of phytoplankton was 2.22×10^(5) cells/L~5.91×10^(5) cells/L,and the main dominant species were diatoms such as Chlamydomonas,Chlamydomonas and Cryptophyta,and the diversity index of phytoplankton was 1.62 to 3.31.The results showed that the structure of phytoplankton community in Wunonglong Reservoir was relatively complex,and the changes of cell density and diversity index had a strong spatial and temporal consistency.The results showed that the structure of phytoplankton community in Wunonglong Reservoir was complicated,and the changes of cell density and diversity index had a strong spatial and temporal consistency.Given that phytoplankton is an important indicator species of water conditions in sensitive waters,it is of positive significance to pay attention to the evolution of the phytoplankton community in the reservoir in order to prevent the abnormal proliferation of algae in the reservoir.
