数字素养对陕西民办高校教师教学能力影响的实证研究

摘  要:在高校数字化转型背景下,数字素养、数字教育技术能力与教学能力的整合已成为高校教师需要具备的重要能力之一。民办高校教师的数字素养、数字教育技术能力和教学能力的整合深刻影响着教学质量。基于此,以陕西省民办高校教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查研究教师数字素养、数字教育技术能力和教学能力之间的关系。研究结果显示:陕西民办高校教师的教学能力相对数字素养和数字教育技术能力处于较好水平;陕西民办高校教师数字素养和数字教育技术能力在性别和教龄上存在显著差异;陕西民办高校教师的数字素养能够显著预测其数字教育技术能力和教学能力。Under the background of digital transformation in higher education,the integration of digital literacy,digital educational technology ability,and teaching competency has become essential for the teachers in university.In private university,this integration also profoundly influences the teaching quality.Based on this fact,this study investigates the relationship among the digital literacy,digital educational technology ability,and teaching competency through a questionnaire survey in the teachers in private universities in Shaanxi province.The result indicates that the teaching competency of the teachers outperforms their digital literacy and digital educational technology ability;the digital literacy and digital educational technology ability of the teachers in private university vary significantly in terms of gender and teaching age;and the digital literacy of the teachers can predict their digital educational technology ability and teaching competency significantly.
