摘 要:由于磁网络法具有计算周期短,能快速调节电机尺寸以优化设计需求的优点,因此在永磁同步电机的磁场分析中应用较为广泛。针对传统磁网络法对外转子永磁同步电机磁场模拟过程中难以准确考虑漏磁分布的问题,基于网格单元建立了能够准确模拟永磁体极间和定子槽内漏磁分布的外转子永磁同步电机等效磁网络模型,该模型考虑了铁心材料的非线性与转子动态问题,相较于传统磁网络法该模型优势在于不需要预设磁通走向且对漏磁计算具有更高的精确度。以一台3 kW的外转子永磁同步电机为例,采用此方法对其磁场进行计算与分析,并且对漏磁模拟的影响因素进行讨论与分析,通过实验对计算结果进行验证。研究表明,基于网格单元建立的等效磁网络模型能够准确模拟主磁及漏磁分布。Magnetic circuit network has the advantages of shortening calculation period and adjusting the motor’s size to optimize the design requirements quickly.Therefore,this method is widely used in the magnetic field analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor.It is difficult for traditional magnetic circuit network to accurately consider the leakage magnetic field distribution of external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor.To solve this problem,the equivalent magnetic network(EMN)model of external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor(ERPMSM)was established based on grid elements,which can accurately simulate the magnetic leakage distribution between the poles of permanent magnets and in the stator slots.Compared with the traditional magnetic circuit network,the advantages of this model are that it does not need to preset the flux direction and has higher accuracy for magnetic leakage calculation.Taking a 3 kW external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,meanwhile,the EMN was used to calculate and analyze its magnetic field.The factors that affect the simulation of magnetic leakage field were discussed and the calculation results were verified by experiment.The results show that the EMN model based on grid elements can accurately simulate the distribution of principal magnetic flux and leakage magnetic field distribution.
