摘 要:受少子化及老龄化进程的双重影响,家庭资源分配和教育资源供需不平衡,家校社合作共育的理念与方式也有待改善。我国少子化进程下的家校社共育应注重以质量和需求为导向,加强素质教育,改善合作方式,实现三方共育。在社会层面,应优化教育资源配置,减轻家庭养育压力,完善家庭福利制度建设,构建生育友好型社会,转变生育观念,加强早期风险评估;在学校层面,应明确角色意识,以深化家校社沟通为核心,促进教育理念的长期共享;在家庭层面,应构建家庭生命教育课程体系,赋能家长核心育儿素养,共促儿童的终身学习与健康发展,提升人口素质。Influenced by the dual factors of birthrate decline and an aging population,there exists an imbalance in the allocation of family resources as well as in the supply and demand for educational resources.Consequently,the concepts and methods of family-school-community collaboration in education require enhancement.In light of the birthrate decline in our country,family-schoolcommunity cooperation should prioritize quality and demand,enhance quality education,improve collaboration methods,and achieve a tri-party joint educational effort.At the societal level,educational resource allocation should be optimized,family burdens alleviated,the family welfare system improved,a fertility-friendly society established,fertility concepts transformed,and early risk assessment strengthened.At the school level,role awareness should be clarified,with the deepening of family-school-community communication as the focal point,promoting a long-term sharing of educational philosophies.At the family level,a family life education curriculum system should be developed,empowering parents with essential parenting skills,jointly fostering lifelong learning and the healthy development of children,and enhancing population quality.
