TOE视角下高校共青团提升大学生创新创业工作质量路径研究

摘　　要：教育数字化背景下,创新创业教育成为我国高等教育改革的重要突破口,大学生作为创新创业教育的主体、社会进步的主力军,而高校共青团在积极引导大学生投身创新创业实践,增强大学生的创新能力和创业素质,为国家和社会培养高素质的创新创业人才承担着重要的角色.基于TOE模型,构筑以政府、高校、企业、行业为主体的协同育人的创新创业教育环境,发挥组织部门联动作用,从整体出发建立组织目标和教学理念,提升师生数字素养,并引用技术手段建立创新创业教育数字化基础设施、推进创新创业教育资源数字化以及搭建创新创业教育数字化平台,深化创新创业教育政策落实落细,同时强化校企合作,助力大学生创业,从而提升高校共青团在创新创业工作中的质量.Under the background of digitalization in education,innovative and entrepreneurial education has become a crucial breakthrough in the reform of higher education in China.College students,as the main body of innovative and entrepreneurial education and the main force for social progress,play a significant role.The Communist Youth League of Higher Education Institutions actively guides students to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship practices,enhances students'innovative abilities and entrepreneurial qualities,and is responsible for cultivating high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the country and society.Therefore,this paper,based on the TOE model,constructs a collaborative educational environment for innovation and entrepreneurship with government,higher education institutions,enterprises,and industries as the main bodies.It leverages the role of organizational departments in coordinating efforts,establishes organizational goals and educational philosophies from a holistic perspective,improves the digital literacy of teachers and students,and employs technological means to build a digital infrastructure for innovation and entrepreneurship education.This includes advancing the digitalization of educational resources and establishing digital platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship education.Furthermore,it deepens the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education policies,strengthens school-enterprise cooperation,and supports student entrepreneurship,thereby enhancing the quality of the Communist Youth League's work in innovation and entrepreneurship.
