摘　　要：塑料包装膜已经被广泛应用于各类食品的包装,作为食品保存的组成部分,对食品的运输、销售、保质和保鲜都有重要作用。阻隔性能是塑料包装膜的一个重要指标,而环境的温度和湿度、所包装的内容物均可对食品塑料包装膜的阻隔性能产生影响。本文从这两个因素考虑,第1部分实验选取了6类典型的对存储和流通环境有要求的食品(如需要冷藏、冷冻的食品)及对应的塑料包装膜,测试不同温度和湿度条件下的阻隔性能。第2部分实验选取了不同种类的食品(如坚果和新鲜蔬果等)及对应的塑料包装膜,通过模拟揉搓实验,测试塑料膜阻隔性能的变化,考察内容物对包装膜阻隔性能的影响。结合两部分实验内容,通过对实验数据的分析和总结,为不同种类食品塑料包装膜的选择提供参考。Plastic packaging films have been widely used in the packaging of various foods,and as a part of food preservation,they play important functions in the food transportation,sale,shelf life and freshness.Barrier property is an important indicator of plastic packaging films.The temperature and humidity of environment,and the package contents may all affect the barrier properties of food plastic packaging films.Considering from these two factors,part one of the experiment selected six typical types of foods and corresponding plastic packaging films that had requirements for the storage and circulation environment,such as the need for refrigeration and freezing,the barrier properties under different temperature and humidity conditions were tested.Part two of the experiment selected different types of foods such as nuts,fresh fruits and vegetables,etc.,and the corresponding plastic packaging films.Through the simulated rubbing experiments,the changes in the barrier properties of the plastic films were tested,and the possible effects of the contents on the barrier properties of the packaging films were investigated.By analyzing and summarizing the experimental data from both parts of the study,the references for the selections of different types of food plastic packaging films were provided.
