摘  要:体视粒子图像测速(stereoscopic particle image velocimetry,SPIV)技术作为流体力学精细流场测量中先进的测试技术,可以将复杂的流场三维运动可视化,将其应用于实验教学可以提高学生学习兴趣。本实验教学平台将旋转流场可视化,通过数据采集与图像后处理分析得到旋转流场的三维速度场,最终观察到:随着桨叶转速提高,圆管内旋转流场的周向流速整体增加且分布更均匀。管壁处沿轴向向下周向流速递减,管中心处则递增,断面分布沿径向连续光滑无台阶状变化,轴向未发生流速错位现象。此平台能够让学生了解先进流场测试技术发展的同时锻炼其动手能力与思维能力,提高学习效果。As an advanced measurement technique in high-precision flow field diagnostics for fluid mechanics,stereoscopic particle image velocimetry(SPIV)enables three-dimensional visualization of complex flow dynamics,and its application in experimental teaching can enhance students'learning engagement.This experimental teaching platform visualizes rotating flow fields and reconstructs their three-dimensional velocity fields through data acquisition and image post-processing analysis.Key observations indicate that increasing the impeller rotational speed elevates the overall circumferential velocity within the circular tube while yielding a more uniform velocity distribution.Near the tube wall,the circumferential velocity decreases axially downward,whereas it increases in the central region.The radial cross-sectional velocity distribution demonstrates continuous smooth gradients without stepwise variations,and no axial velocity misalignment occurs.By integrating this platform,students gain insights into advanced flow measurement technologies while developing hands-on skills,analytical thinking capabilities,and improved academic performance through systematic experimentation.
