从机制倒逼到多主体自觉:我国研究生学位论文高质量发展的路径研究

摘　　要：学位论文质量是评估在校研究生质量的关键指标,是全国学科评估指标体系的重要组成部分,决定着一个学科的发展。为应对全国研究生规模扩大给学位论文质量提升带来的巨大挑战,政府主导建立了研究生学位论文质量保障压力倒逼传导机制,推动了相关主体参与研究生学位论文质量保障工作,学位论文过程监管体系不断完善,学位论文质量持续提升,解决了学位论文质量不高这一“标”的问题。但面对研究生规模扩大和教育资源有限的矛盾张力,倒逼性质量保障模式面临内部主体难以形成合力、过程监督机制效能不高、创新缺失等瓶颈,难以解决学位论文高质量发展这一“本”的问题。因此,应兼顾自觉性和强制性的统一,加强全主体协同合作机制,完善全过程监督机制,构建全方位创新机制,推动研究生学位论文高质量发展。Dissertation quality is a key indicator for evaluating the quality of universities'graduate education,and an important sub-index of the national discipline evaluation system,which determines the development of a discipline.In response to the huge challenges of high-quality dissertations brought by the expansion of national graduate education,the government has led the establishment of a mechanism for the pressure of assuring the quality of theses,promoting the participation of relevant entities in the quality assurance work of theses,continuously improving the supervision system of theses,and continuously improving the quality of theses,thus solving the problem of low thesis quality.However,in the face of the contradiction between the expansion of graduate education and limited educational resources,the forced quality assurance model faces bottlenecks such as difficulty in forming a joint force among internal entities,low efficiency of process supervision mechanisms,and lack of innovation,making it difficult to guarantee the high-quality development of dissertations.Therefore,we should balance the unity of consciousness and compulsion,strengthen the collaborative mechanism of all subjects,improve the supervision mechanism of the entire process,construct a comprehensive innovation mechanism,and promote the high-quality development of graduate dissertations.
