创新导向的地方高校研究生“一二三四五”培养体系构建与实践研究

摘　　要：针对地方高校研究生科研创新能力培养现状及存在的问题,从发现问题能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、构建知识能力、科研产出能力等五个维度构建研究生科研创新能力评价指标体系,并剖析了导师支持、学术氛围、培养方式、科研条件等四个影响科研创新能力的因素。通过对地方高校硕士研究生问卷调查数据进行分析,探讨了硕士研究生在科研创新能力方面的个体差异。通过构建结构方程模型,验证了导师支持、学术氛围、培养方式和科研条件这四个因素对科研创新能力的影响关系。最后,构建了基于创新导向的“一二三四五”培养体系,并提出了研究生科研创新能力培养与提升的实践建议。This study developed an evaluation index system to assess graduate students'capacities for innovative scientific research,aiming to address current challenges and Problems,comprising five key dimensions:Problem discovery ability,problem analysis ability,problem-solving ability,knowledge construction ability,and research output ability.Additionally,this study explored four factors influencing the capacity for innovative scientific research:supervisor support,academic atmosphere,training methods,and research conditions.By analyzing survey data from master's students at local universities,the study investigated individual differences in innovative scientific research capacities.Results of structural equation model confirmed the impact of the four factors on the capacity for innovative scientific research.Finally,the study proposed a“12345”training system,emphasizing innovation orientation,and provided practical suggestions to enhance graduate students'capacities for innovative scientific research.
