摘  要:在新医科模式下,医工融合成为一种多学科交叉的新趋势,医工融合综合型人才培养模式的研究势在必行。通过对医工融合的现状与挑战进行了深入分析,提出构建医工融合综合型人才培养模式的策略。针对医工融合的挑战和问题,提出跨学科课程体系建设、项目实践体系建设和产学研协同育人体系建设的解决方案。通过案例分析与实践探索,展示了医工融合型人才培养模式在实践中的应用和成果。最后,展望了医工融合人才培养模式未来的发展趋势和价值。Under the new medical model,the combination of medicine and industry has become a new trend of interdisciplinary,and the study on combination of medical and industry is imperative.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges of medical and industrial combination,the strategy of constructing the comprehensive talent training mode of medical and industrial combination is put forward.In view of the challenges and problems of the combination of medical and industrial personnel,the solutions of interdisciplinary curriculum system,project practice system and industry-university-research collaborative education system are proposed.Through case analysis and practical exploration,the application and achievements of the talent training mode of combining medicine and industry in practice are shown.Finally,the future development trend and value of medical and industrial combination mode are discussed.
