摘　　要：高校新生转型教育对学生成长具有重要作用,但目前存在形式单一、内容单薄等不足。基于比较视域,通过对比分析国外高校开展的“第一年体验计划”(FYE)的特点、效果及历程,发现FYE在理念上秉持以学生为中心,在课程内容上设置丰富,在做法上全方位支持学生发展,取得了良好效果。借鉴FYE经验,国内高校应着力在教育理念、育人模式和工作机制上实现“三个转变”,即从管理向引导转变,从单一化向多元化转变,从分散化向协同化转变,并加强教师队伍建设和现代信息技术应用,推动新生教育高质量发展,助力学生成长成才。The education of freshmen in colleges and universities plays a crucial role in developing a high-quality education system in higher education.Currently,there are some shortcomings in the way freshmen are prepared for this transition in domestic colleges and universities,such as a narrow approach.limited content,and short duration.In contrast,we can learn from the successful practices and experiences of the FYE program in foreign universities.These practices emphasize addressing emotional needs and fostering psychological development,promoting interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary learning,and enhancing the evaluation and improvement of educational outcomes.These insights can inspire reforms in our education concept,curriculum system construction,and the mechanisms that ensure a successful transition for freshmen in domestic colleges and universities.
