摘　　要：现代产业学院建设是对面向产出的多主体育人模式的积极探索。然而,在人才培养中多主体参与的同向与均衡需要以制度创新为前提。基于此,通过改进克拉克高等教育三角协调模型,探究现代产业学院制度创新与体系化改革方法,提出现代产业学院三角协调模型,依据模型三边动态关系设计了再完善再深化的创新制度,并通过动态关系到教育教学实施过程的闭环设计实现制度创新的体系化,建立了现代产业学院多主体育人的渐进式可持续发展模式。The construction of modern industrial colleges(MIC)is an active exploration of the output oriented multi agent education mode.However,the coherence and balance of multi agent participation in talent fostering require institutional innovation as a prerequisite.Based on this,by improving the Clark Higher Education Triangle Coordination Model,the methods of institutional innovation and systematic reform in modern industrial colleges are studied,a modern industrial college triangle coordination model is proposed.Based on the dynamic relationship among the three sides of the model,further improved and deepened innovation institutions are designed,and the systematization of institutional innovation is achieved through the closed-loop design of the dynamic relationship with the implementation process of education and teaching,Finally,a progressive sustainable development mode with multi agent for modern industrial colleges is established.
