高校优良学风培育朋辈教育管理模式探析--以上海电力大学“00后”大学生“青年小讲师”为例

摘　　要：培育优良学风是高校人才培养的重要举措,探索新的朋辈教育模式,在优良学风培育中蕴含着巨大的价值。“青年小讲师”通过设置刚需课程、规范选拔培训、灵活模式授课和完善制度保障等,形成了朋辈教育长效机制。以上海电力大学“青年小讲师”为研究对象,通过调查和分析发现,朋辈教育在高校优良学风培养中发挥着不可替代的作用,对寝室文化、班风、学风建设产生递进影响;能够巧妙调动青年积极性,帮助更多学业困难学生,从而形成学风生态建设的良性循环;朋辈教育模式创新应与实际相结合,注重“角色”赋予的自尊满足作用,强调实效性和持续性。Peer education is an important measure for Cultivating a good academic atmosphere.Taking“young lecturers”as the research object,it was found that peer education still plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating a good academic atmosphere in universities.Role taking,responsibility stimulation,and self satisfaction are important psychological factors that stimulate the vitality of peer education.Through innovative management models,we can cleverly mobilize the enthusiasm of young people to help more students with academic difficulties,and thus form a virtuous cycle of ecological construction of academic atmosphere.
