摘 要:战略视角下的绩效评价指的是对企业不同阶段的战略规划完成状况、各组织人员战略规划实施情况等进行评价,能够发现其工作中存在的问题和不足,及时根据评价结果筛查漏洞,采取合适的途径纠偏纠错,促进企业整体战略的精准落实。文章以A企业为例,结合其绩效评价体系发展现状及存在的问题,运用平衡计分卡明确企业战略、细化发展目标、优化绩效评价指标,构建基于战略视角的绩效评价体系并提出保障策略,以实现国有企业收益增长、流程优化、客户满意提升和员工成长的综合发展。Strategic perspective performance evaluation refers to evaluating the completion status of dfferent stages of enterprise strategic planning and the implementation of strategic planning by various organizational personnel,which can help identify problems and shortcomings in their work and timely screen loopholes based on the evaluation results.Taking appropriate measures to rectify errors and promote the precise implementation of the enterprise's overall strategy.This paper takes A enterprise as an example,combines its current status and existing problems of the performance evaluation system,and uses the balanced scorecard to clarify the enterprise's strategy,refine development goals,and optimize performance evaluation indicators,to construct a strategic perspective performance evaluation system and propose guarantee strategies to achieve the comprehensive development of state-owned enterprise revenue growth,process optimization,customer satisfaction improvement and employee growth.
