摘　　要：随着全球经济的不断发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,国有企业在供应链贸易中的作用越来越重要。作为国民经济的支柱,国有企业供应链的高效运作不仅关系到企业自身的发展,还直接影响到国民经济的稳定和增长。文章旨在从优化资源配置、提高运作效率、保证产品质量、促进信息流通等方面探讨现场管理在国有企业供应链贸易中的重要性。With the continuous development of the global economy and increasingly fierce market competition,the role of state-owned enterprises in supply chain trade is becoming more and more important.As the pillar of the national economy,the efficient operation of the supply chain of state-owned enterprises is not only related to the development of the enterprise itself,but also directly affects the stability and growth of the national economy.The article aims to explore the importance of on-site management in the supply chain trade of stateowned enterprises from the aspects of optimizing resource allocation,improving operational efficiency,ensuring product quality,and promoting information circulation.
