基于熵值法的上市公司财务绩效评价——以N物业公司为例

摘　　要：文章通过熵值法对N物业公司财务绩效进行了评价。首先选择了2014年至2023年的财务数据对该公司的财务绩效进行了纵向比较,然后选取了同行业五家企业进行了横向对比。研究表明,N物业公司的财务绩效综合得分不断下降,营运能力、盈利能力绩效得分下降显著,偿债能力波动较大。针对N物业公司存在的问题文章提出了具体对策,希望通过这些措施可以帮助N物业公司提升盈利能力,增强融资能力。This paper evaluates the financial performance of N property company using the entropy method.It first conducts a longitudinal analysis of the company's financial data from 2014 to 2023,followed by a cross-sectional comparison with five other companies in the same industry.The results indicate that N property company's overall financial performance score has been declining,with notable decreases in operational efficiency and profitability scores,while solvency scores have shown significant fluctuations.In response to these issues,specific strategies are proposed with the aim of enhancing N property company's profitability and strengthening its financing capabilities.
