新形势下科研院所加强财会监督的对策研究

摘　　要：新形势下,国家对科研技术的投入越来越大,科研院所作为科技创新的攻坚力量,承担了大量的科研经费,而科研院所面对如此巨大的科研经费更需要加强财会监督,提高思想认识。国家对财会监督有了更高的要求与重视,同时让财务工作也面临更大的机会与挑战。文章根据加强财会监督意义和现阶段科研院所财会监督问题,提出了相应的对策及建议,以期推动科研院所财会监督的制度发展,提高财会监督的工作水平,更好地为科技创新服务。Under the new situation,the country's investment in scientific research and technology is increasing.As a driving force for technological innovation,research institutes have undertaken a large amount of research funding.Faced with such a huge amount of research funding,research institutes need to strengthen financial supervision and improve their ideological awareness.The country has higher requirements and emphasis on financial supervision,while also presenting greater opportunities and challenges for financial work.Based on work experience and participation in disciplinary inspections,the paper proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions to strengthen financial supervision and address the current issues in financial supervision in research institutes.The aim is to promote the institutional development of financial supervision in research institutes,improve the level of financial supervision,and better serve technological innovation.
