摘　　要：在当代企业运营环境中,人力资本已成为企业成长的核心驱动力。构建一套高效的员工激励机制,以促进员工主动性及创新能力的充分发挥,对企业在激烈的市场竞争中确立优势地位具有至关重要的意义。文章以智猪博弈模型为背景,结合激励制度,探讨公司如何通过改进激励机制,避免“搭便车”现象,从而提高员工的工作效率和积极性。In the contemporary business operating environment,human capital has emerged as the core driving force behind corporate growth.Establishing an efficient employee incentive system to promote the full exertion of employee initiative and innovation capability is of paramount importance for companies to secure a competitive edge in the fiercely competitive market.Using the smart pig game model as a backdrop and incorporating incentive systems,this paper explores how companies can improve their incentive mechanisms to avoid the“free-rider"”phenomenon and enhance employee work efficiency and enthusiasm.
