摘 要:目的了解山西省特殊教育学校视力障碍儿童的生命质量现状及其影响因素,关注儿童情感、社会及角色功能等方面,以期为完善视障儿童康复教育体系、推动其全面健康发展和社会融入提供依据。方法选择山西省某4所特殊教育学校的1014名视障儿童作为研究对象,通过视障儿童生命质量测量量表评估生命质量水平,利用单因素及多元线性回归分析探讨视障儿童生命质量的影响因素。结果视障儿童生命质量总得分为(50±12)分,情感功能维度得分为(48±13)分,角色功能维度得分为(53±12)分,社会功能维度得分仅为(45±12)分,且6个维度得分均低于55分。年龄、性别、医保类型、佩戴助视器与生命质量各维度显著相关。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄(β=-0.689,P<0.001)和佩戴助视器(β=2.379,P=0.047)是影响生命质量总得分的主要因素,且年龄对情感功能(β=-0.656,P=0.021)、生理功能(β=-1.114,P<0.001)、社会功能(β=-0.980,P<0.001)以及共性模块(β=-0.581,P=0.027)具有负面作用,而佩戴助视器改善社会功能(β=4.459,P=0.009)、共性模块(β=3.472,P=0.037)和特异性模块(β=3.428,P=0.036)。结论山西省视障儿童的生命质量总体水平较低且受多种因素影响。建议从早期干预、康复教育和辅助设备普及入手,提升视障儿童的生理、心理和社会适应能力,以促进其更好地融入社会。Objective This study aimed to investigate the current status and influencing factors of quality of life(QoL)among visually impaired children in special education schools in Shanxi Province,with a focus on emotional,social,and role functions.The goal is to provide data support for improving the rehabilitation education system for visually impaired children and promoting their comprehensive health development and social integration.Methods A total of 1014 visually impaired children from four special education schools in Shanxi Province were selected as the study population.The QoL of these children was assessed using the“Quality of Life Measurement Scale for Visually Impaired Children.”Univariate and multivariate linear regression analyses were used to identify factors influencing QoL.Results The overall QoL score of visually impaired children was(50±12).Scores for the emotional function dimension were(48±13),for the role function dimension were(53±12),and for the social function dimension were(45±12),with all six dimensions scoring below 55.Significant correlations were found between QoL and factors such as age,gender,type of medical insurance,and the use of visual aids.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age(β=-0.689,P<0.001)and the use of assistive devices(β=2.379,P=0.047)were the main factors influencing the total QoL score.Age had a significant negative impact on emotional function(β=-0.656,P=0.021),physical function(β=-1.114,P<0.001),social function(β=-0.980,P<0.001),and the common module(β=-0.581,P=0.027),while the use of assistive devices significantly improved social function(β=4.459,P=0.009),the common module(β=3.472,P=0.037),and the specific module(β=3.428,P=0.036).Conclusion The QoL of visually impaired children in Shanxi Province is influenced by multiple factors and remains generally low.Interventions such as early rehabilitation,education tailored to individual needs,and the widespread use of assistive devices are recommended to enhance their physical,psychological,and
