摘 要:目的 为提升大学生学习绩效,深入探究心理因素对大学生学习投入的影响机制。方法 基于心理资本、自我决定和社会认知3个理论设计了分析框架,运用混合研究方法,对大学生心理资本与学习投入的关系开展调查研究。结果 通过Pearson相关分析发现大学生心理资本影响学习投入水平,大学生心理资本与大学生学习投入之间呈正相关(r=0.751,P<0.05),运用结构方程模型分析,心理资本对学习投入影响因素模型具有良好的适配度[心理资本量表卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/ν)为2.241,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.044,增量拟合指数(IFI)、标准化拟合指数(TLI)以及比较拟合指数(CFI)的检验结果均达到0.9以上],心理资本各要素对学习投入的影响并不均衡(β值为-0.039~0.424)。运用访谈和文本分析等质性方法继续深入分析,总结心理资本影响学习投入的4项机制。结论 基于混合研究结论,提出心理资本培育融入学校人才培养方案,基于学习投入的个性化心理辅导,引导大学生提升职业生涯规划能力,以及构建多元主体支持的校园环境等4个方面的大学生心理资本培育策略。Objective To improve the learning performance of college students and explore the mechanism of psychological factors on college students' their learning outcomes. Methods Based on the theories of psychological capital, self-determination, and social cognition, an analytical framework was designed. Using a mixed research method, an investigation was conducted on the relationship between college students' psychological capital and learning engagement. Results Through Pearson correlation analysis, it was found that college students' psychological capital significantly affected their level of learning engagement. College students' psychological capital positively correlated with learning engagement(r=0.751, P<0.05). Using structural equation modeling analysis,the model of psychological capital affecting learning engagement had a good fit(with the χ^(2)/ν of 2.241, RMSEA of 0.044, and the test results of IFI, TLI, and CFI all above 0.9). The impact of each element of psychological capital on learning engagement was not balanced(with β values from-0.039 to 0.424). Using qualitative methods such as interviews and text analysis, we continued to explore in depth and summarized four mechanisms through which psychological capital affected learning engagement. Conclusion Based on the conclusions of the mixed research, four strategies for cultivating psychological capital in college students are proposed, including integrating psychological capital cultivation into school talent training programs, providing personalized psychological counseling based on learning engagement, guiding college students to improve their career planning ability, and constructing a campus environment supported by multiple subjects.
