摘 要:目的探讨理工科类高职生手机依赖、时间管理倾向和学习倦怠的关系。方法采用手机依赖(MPAI)、时间管理倾向(ATMD)和学习倦怠量表对3493名理工科类高职生进行问卷调查。结果手机依赖与学习倦怠呈正相关(r=0.500,P<0.01),与时间管理倾向呈负相关(r=-0.420,P<0.01);时间管理倾向与学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.548,P<0.01);时间管理倾向在手机依赖与学习倦怠之间起部分中介作用,效应值占比34.4%。结论手机依赖不仅会直接影响学习倦怠,还会通过时间管理倾向对学习倦怠产生间接影响。Objective To explore the relationship among mobile phone addiction,time management disposition,and learning burnout among vocational college students in science and engineering.Methods A survey was conducted among 3943 vocational college students using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI),Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD),and Learning Burnout Scale.Results The findings indicated a significant positive correlation between mobile phone addiction and learning burnout(r=0.500,P<0.01),while a significant negative correlation was observed between mobile phone addiction and time management disposition(r=-0.420,P<0.01).Additionally,time management disposition was significantly negatively correlated with learning burnout(r=-0.548,P<0.01).Importantly,time management disposition served as a significant partial mediator between mobile phone addiction and learning burnout,with an effect size of 34.4%.Conclusion The results suggest that mobile phone addiction not only directly influences learning burnout but also indirectly affects it through time management disposition.
