摘 要:目的 探讨成长型思维对小学高年级学生坚毅的影响,同时考察自我效能感的中介作用。方法 采用成长型思维量表、坚毅量表、自我效能感量表对1 118名佛山市4~6年级学生进行调查。结果 成长型思维、自我效能感分别与坚毅呈正相关(r=0.34,0.43;P<0.01),成长型思维与自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01);自我效能感在成长型思维和坚毅间起部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.27,中介效应占比为49.1%。结论 成长型思维可以直接促进坚毅水平提升,也可以通过提升自我效能感间接促进坚毅水平提升。Objective To explore the impact of growth mindset on the grit of primary school students in higher grades, and to investigate the mediating role of self-efficacy. Methods A survey was conducted on 1 118students in grades 4-6 in Foshan city using the Growth Mindset Scale, Grit Scale, and Self-Efficacy Scale. Results Growth mindset and self-efficacy were significantly positively correlated with grit(r=0.34, 0.43;P<0.01), and growth mindset was significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.41, P<0.01). Self-efficacy played a partially mediating role between growth mindset and grit, with a mediating effect value of 0.27, accounting for 49.1% of the total effect. Conclusion Growth mindset can directly enhance the level of grit, and also indirectly enhance the level of grit by increasing self-efficacy.
