摘 要:为了探究贵州遵义虾子镇废弃辣椒根中的化学成分及其生物活性,本研究以贵州遵椒根部为原料,采用现代分离技术,成功纯化出13个单体化学成分。借助现代波谱学技术并结合文献资料,对这些化合物进行了结构鉴定。进一步的抗氧化活性测试表明,化合物1表现出抗氧化活性,其IC50为0.649 3 mg/mL。此外,化合物2~10均为首次从辣椒中分离得到。这些发现丰富了辣椒的次生代谢产物库,其抗氧化活性结果也为废弃辣椒根在抗氧化及其他大健康医药产品的开发提供了实验依据和科学支撑。In order to explore the chemical constituents and biological activities of discarded Capsicum annuum L.roots from Zunyi town,Guizhou,Zunyi Capsicum annuum L.roots was used as raw material,and 13 monomer chemical components were successfully purified by modern separation techniques.The structures of these compounds were identified through modern spectroscopy and literature analysis.Further antioxidant activity tests revealed that compound 1 exhibited significant antioxidant activity,with an IC₅₀of 0.6493 mg/mL.In addition,compounds 2~10 were isolated from capsicum for the first time.These findings enriched the pool of secondary metabolites of capsicum,and the antioxidant activity results provided an experimental basis and scientific support for the development of waste Capsicum roots in antioxidant and other health-related pharmaceutical products.
