摘 要:传统化工过程正不断向低碳环保、低能耗的生物制造转移,亟需协同推进与产业升级配套的应用型人才培养。基于前期大量科研和实践,设计了酶催化制备精细化学品(莱胞迪苷甜味剂)作为实验教学项目。实验主题贴近生活和健康,可极大提升学生的学习兴趣;实验内容对相应科研过程进行精简,但涵盖了生物催化合成的关键核心内容,包括酶的制备、催化转化表征和影响因素考察三个方面,提高了实验的可行性和推广性。Ttraditional chemical processes are increasingly transformed into environmental-friendly bio manufacturing with low carbon emission and energy consumption.It is urgent to promote the cultivation of talents supporting such an industrial upgrading.Based on much scientific research and practice,the design of enzyme-catalyzed preparation of high-grade sweetener was designed as an experimental teaching project.The experimental theme was close to health and life,which can greatly enhance students’interest in learning.The experimental content simplified the corresponding scientific research process in order to improve the feasibility and popularization of the experiment,but covered the key content of biocatalytic synthesis of fine chemicals,including enzyme preparation,catalytic conversion and influencing factors.
