摘　　要：新文科学科交叉融合建设大背景下,民族地区高校在设计学科的建设和人才培养方面面临着空前的机会和挑战。在全球化进程中,民族地区高校发挥自身优势,积极探索出一条特色跨学科国际化创新型人才培养之路,其核心在于梳理民族地区跨学科国际化创新人才培养的现状、必要性与合理路径,寻求构建区域在地需求与创新应用的人才培养模式。民族地区高等院校以新文科建设作为契机,充分发挥地缘优势和区域特色,以服务地方社会经济发展为目标,强化学生在专业知识技能和地域传统文化的创新学习实践,培养学生的创新意识与学科交叉;以中外合作办学为切入点,引进国际化优质教育资源与前沿技术,聚焦边疆民族地区在地需求,融合鲜明地域特色,聚焦区域特色设计教育、艺科融合的创新型人才培养体系建设。Under the background of the extensive interdisciplinary integration of new liberal arts,universities in ethnic regions are confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the construction of design disciplines and talent cultivation.In the process of globalization,universities in ethnic regions leverage their unique strengths to actively forge a path characterized by interdisciplinary,international,and innovative talent cultivation.The core of this endeavor lies in examining the current status,necessity,and rational pathways of interdisciplinary and international innovative talent cultivation in ethnic regions,and seeking to establish a talent cultivation model that integrates regional demands with innovative applications.Universities in ethnic regions seize the opportunity presented by the development of new liberal arts,fully exploit their geographical advantages and regional characteristics,and aim to serve the socio-economic development of local communities.They emphasize enhancing students’innovative learning and practical application of professional knowledge and skills,as well as local traditional culture,fostering their innovative mindset and interdisciplinary capabilities.With Sino-foreign cooperation in education as the starting point,these universities introduce high-quality international educational resources and cutting-edge technologies,focus on addressing the needs of border and ethnic regions,integrate distinct regional characteristics,and prioritize the development of an innovative talent cultivation system centered on regional ethnic design education and the integration of art and science.
