课程思政视域下高校体育教师角色定位研究

摘  要:文章用文献资料法、问卷法和访谈调查法等方法,对目前高校体育教师课程思政角色定位状况进行调查分析。结果是目前高校体育教师课程思政角色定位不清,对课程思政建设认知不足参与度不高,拘于传统教学理念,课程思政难以落实到具体体育课程活动中。高校体育教师是立德树人的落实者,课程思政的建设者,是学生的师范者。高校体育教师要把握好在课程思政建设中的角色定位,教育者必先受教育,教师要先接受培训,改变自身传统教学理念,树立立德树人意识。This paper investigates and analyzes the current status of ideological and political role orientation of P.E.teachers in colleges with the methods of literature review,questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the ideological and political role orientation of P.E.Teachers in colleges is unclear at present because their lack of understanding and participation in the construction of ideological and political education makes it difficult to implement ideological and political education in P.E.activities based on traditional teaching concepts.College P.E.teachers are the implementors of moral education and talents cultivation,the constructors of ideological and political education,and the role models for students.They should grasp the role orientation in the ideological and political construction.Educators must be educated first.Therefore,teachers should receive training first,change their traditional teaching ideas,establish the consciousness of moral education.
