摘　　要：文章从师德师风基本内涵入手,阐述高校师德师风建设的重大意义和现存问题,提出高校行政管理人员师德师风建设具体实践策略,为高校师德师风建设提供进一步思考。The paper subdivides college teachers and pays attention to the construction of teachers ethics and style of college administrators.The author started with the basic connotation of the teacher’s morality style,explained the significance and existing issues,then proposed a specific practical strategy,provided further thinking for the construction of the moral teacher style of colleges and universities.
