摘　　要：本文研究了专精特新“小巨人”资质认定对企业金融化的影响及其内在作用机制。研究发现,该项资质认定通过提升企业资本市场估值和缓解企业融资约束,进而显著促进企业金融化。对于国有企业以及独立董事占比高、所在地区市场化程度低、在主板上市的企业而言,这种促进效应更弱。经济后果分析表明,企业金融化对企业的实质性创新具有负向影响。This paper examines the impact of the SRDI“Little Giant”certification on corporate financialization and its underlying mechanisms.The paper finds that the certification significantly promotes financialization by enhancing the valuation of listed companies in capital markets and alleviating corporate financing constraints.The promoting effect is weaker for state-owned enterprises and enterprises with higher proportion of independent directors,located in regions with lower marketization levels,or listed on the main board.Economic consequence analysis reveals that corporate financialization negatively impacts enterprises’substantive innovation.
