高职院校贫困生心理韧性支持系统的构建——以无锡机电高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：无锡机电高等职业技术学校贫困生心理韧性调查显示,该群体心理韧性处于中等水平,低于非贫困生心理韧性水平。本研究从内外两维度分析心理韧性培养途径,提出构建综合支持系统。该系统包括建立旨在增强内在保护因素的个体心理支持系统,以及建立旨在增强外部保护性因素的“家校社”心理支持网络,以增强贫困学生心理韧性,实现智力与意志的双重扶持。The survey of the mental toughness of the impoverished students in Wuxi Vocational and Technical Higher School of M&E shows that the mental toughness of the group is at a medium level,lower than that of the non-impoverished students.This study analyzes the ways of mental toughness training from both internal and external dimensions,and proposes to build a comprehensive support system.It includes the establishment of an individual psychological support system to enhance the internal protective factors and of a“home,school and community”psychological support network to strengthen the external protective factors so as to promote the psychological resilience of impoverished students and realize the dual support of intelligence and will.
