摘　　要：通过数字化自学课程的开发与实施促进学生跨学科能力的培养。针对日益增长的灵活学习需求,开发的课程体系涵盖自我调节学习、团队协作、学术写作及职业发展等关键领域,并基于PITT教学模式,结合多元媒体技术,构建高度应用导向的现代化学习环境。为确保课程的教学质量与学习成效,构建了系统化评估机制,使学生能够突破时间与空间限制,自主发展核心能力。此外,课程资源作为开放教育资源(OER)可供教师与学术指导人员在不同教学场景中灵活应用,从而提升教育支持的可持续性。This article describes the development and implementation of digital self-study courses to promote interdisciplinary competencies among students.The courses address the growing demand for flexible learning formats and cover the topics of self-regulated learning,teamwork,academic writing,and career orientation.By applying the didactic PITT model and using a variety of media formats,the courses offer application-oriented and modern learning environments.A comprehensive evaluation concept ensures the quality and effectiveness of the courses.Students can develop their skills regard-less of time and place,while the learning media are also available as Open Educational Resources(OER)for teachers and counsellors.
