明法修德,知行合一:“宪法学”课程思政教学创新研究

摘　　要：“宪法学”课程思政要落实落细,应以习近平法治思想为指导,贯彻“明法修德”的教学目标,树立“知行合一”的教学理念,运用多元化的教学方法,将思想政治教育的目标、原则和内容与“宪法学”课程的课程设计、教材开发、课程实施、教学评价有机结合起来,实现教学目标创新、教学理念创新、教学内容创新和教学方法创新。The implementation of ideological and political education in the course of Constitutional Law should be guided by“Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law”,pursue the teaching goal of“instructing law and cultivating morality”,establish the teaching philosophy of“integration of knowledge and ac-tion”,and adopt diversified teaching methods.The goals,principles,and content of ideological and po-litical education should be organically combined with the curriculum design,textbook development,curriculum implementation,and teaching evaluation of Constitutional Law,to achieve innovative teaching objectives,teaching philosophy,teaching contents and teaching methods.
