复方血栓通胶囊与曲安奈德球旁注射联合治疗白内障术后黄斑囊样水肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨白内障(CAT)术后黄斑囊样水肿(CME)患者应用复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德球旁注射治疗的效果。方法 选取202例CAT术后CME患者,参照随机数字表法分为对照组(101例)和研究组(101例)。对照组患者采用曲安奈德球旁注射治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联用复方血栓通胶囊治疗。对比两组疗效、眼压(IOP)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)及不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组的73.27%对比,研究组总有效率85.15%更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IOP、BCVA、CMT对比未见差异(P>0.05);治疗4周后,研究组IOP(15.02±1.52)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、CMT(222.52±45.46)μm低于对照组的(15.80±1.49)mm Hg、(280.42±45.44)μm,BCVA(0.50±0.15)高于对照组的(0.40±0.16)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比未见差异(P>0.05)。结论 CAT术后CME患者采用复方血栓通胶囊与曲安奈德球旁注射联合治疗的效果确切,可以改善BCVA与IOP,促进CMT恢复。Objective To explore the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with peribulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of cystoid macular edema(CME) after cataract(CAT) surgery.Methods 202 patients with CME after CAT surgery were selected and divided into control group(101 cases) and study group(101 cases) according to random numerical table.The control group was treated with peribulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide,and the study group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,intraocular pressure(IOP),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickenss(CMT) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 73.27% in the control group,the total effective rate in the study group was higher at 85.15%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in IOP,BCVA and CMT between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the study group had IOP of(15.02±1.52) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and CMT of(222.52±45.46) μm,which were lower than(15.80±1.49) mm Hg and(280.42±45.44) μm in the control group;the study group had a higher BCVA of(0.50±0.15) than(0.40±0.16) in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Xueshuantong capsule and peribulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide has a definite effect for patients with CME after CAT surgery,and can improve BCVA and IOP and promote the recovery of CMT.
