盐酸羟考酮缓释片和盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期恶性肿瘤中重度疼痛的效果对比

摘　　要：目的 评估盐酸羟考酮缓释片与盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期恶性肿瘤中重度疼痛的效果。方法 选择60例晚期恶性肿瘤中重度疼痛患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组接受盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、卡氏功能状态评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分。结果 观察组总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分(4.80±0.19)分明显低于对照组的(5.31±0.15)分,卡氏功能状态评分(79.41±10.18)分高于对照组的(73.61±10.26)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(45.71±8.92)分高于对照组的(40.26±8.16)分(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸羟考酮缓释片能有效缓解晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疼痛,提升患者体能状态,改善患者的生活质量,并且在安全性和耐受性方面表现良好。然而,仍然需要进行进一步的研究,以明确其最佳的使用方法和剂量。Objective To evaluate the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on moderate to severe pain of patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods 60 cases of advanced malignant tumors were selected as the study subjects,and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,Karnofsky performance score,pain score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 60.00%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than the control group's 33.33%(P<0.05).The observation group had a significantly lower pain score of(4.80±0.19) points than the control group's(5.31±0.15) points,and a higher Karnofsky performance score of(79.41±10.18) points than the control group's(73.61±10.26) points(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(45.71±8.92) points,which higher than the control group's(40.26±8.16) points(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets can effectively relieve the pain of patients with advanced malignant tumors,improve the physical status and the quality of life of patients,and perform well in terms of safety and tolerability.However,further studies still need to be conducted to further clarify its optimal use method and dose.
