多西环素结合氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药对根尖周炎患儿牙周组织再生及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:研讨根尖周炎患儿实施多西环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药对牙周组织再生及炎性因子的影响。方法:回顾性选取2022年3月至2024年3月经河南省儿童医院确诊为根尖周炎的84例患儿资料,按治疗方案的不同分为两组,各42例,对照组接受氢氧化钙糊剂单药封管,观察组基于对照组用药条件施加多西环素治疗,比较两组患儿的方案疗效、疼痛状况、根尖周骨密度增长情况以及炎性因子水平。结果:观察组患儿的方案总有效率97.62%(41/42)高于对照组80.95%(34/42)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1 d、3 d和1周的疼痛状况得分相较于对照组均更低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后6、12个月的根尖周骨密度增长值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,观察组患儿各项炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)与白细胞计数(WBC)]检测值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根管内使用多西环素联合氢氧化钙糊剂方案封药,能够明显提升对根尖周炎患儿的处理效果,有效减轻患儿的疼痛状况,加快牙周组织再生,同时促进机体炎性因子清除。Objective:To investigate the effect of doxycycline combined with calcium hydroxide paste root canal encapsulant on periodontal tissue regeneration and inflammatory factors in children with apical periodontitis.Methods:The data of 84 children diagnosed with apical periodontitis in Henan Children's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively studied,and the study group(42 cases/group)was determined according to different treatment regimens.Results:In the observation group,the program demonstrated a total effective rate of 97.62%(41/42),outperforming the control group 80.95%(34/42)(P<0.05).At 1 Conclusion:Doxycycline+calcium hydroxide paste root canal enclosure treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect,effectively reduce the pain of children,accelerate the regeneration of periodontal tissue,and promote the removal of inflammatory factors in the body.
