摘　　要：法律职业伦理建设是现代法律职业共同体构建的基础工程。习近平法治思想对新时代中国法律职业伦理建设作出了战略思考和系统谋划,提出了一系列具有时代性、标识性、原创性的新理念新思想新战略,形成了科学化、系统化的法律职业伦理观。中国法律职业伦理具有鲜明的政治性、人民性、理念性、制度性、严格性等基本特征。法治专门队伍、法律服务队伍、法学专家队伍既有普遍适用的共同职业伦理,又有各具特色的特殊职业伦理。法律职业伦理建设是一项多主体协同、多环节推进的系统工程,需要完善法律职业伦理规范体系、加强法律职业伦理教育、健全法律职业伦理实施机制、加大违反法律职业伦理的成本。The construction of legal professional ethics serves as a foundational endeavor in the development of the modern legal professional community.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides strategic insights and comprehensive frameworks for fostering legal professional ethics in contemporary China,introducing a series of innovative concepts and strategies that are both timely and distinctive.This has resulted in a scientifically grounded and systematically structured perspective on legal professional ethics.Chinese legal professional ethics are characterized by several fundamental traits,including their pronounced political orientation,commitment to the people,conceptual depth,institutional basis,and rigor.The specialized legal workforce,legal service providers,and legal scholars share a set of universally applicable professional ethics,while also possessing unique ethical standards pertinent to their specific roles.The advancement of legal professional ethics is a systematic initiative that necessitates collaborative efforts from multiple stakeholders and a phased approach to implementation.This requires the enhancement of the normative framework governing legal professional ethics,the fortification of educational initiatives in this domain,the refinement of mechanisms for enforcing ethical standards,and the elevation of penalties for ethical violations.
