摘　　要：随着社会的发展和人们对美好生活的追求,文旅融合已成为一种趋势。在文旅融合的背景下,银饰技艺作为一种具有悠久历史和文化底蕴的传统手工艺,如何通过服务体验设计吸引更多游客,提升其市场竞争力,成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文将从文旅融合的视角,探讨银饰技艺服务体验设计的策略和方法。With the development of society and people's pursuit of a better life,the integration of culture and tourism has become a trend.In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,as a traditional handicraft with a long history and cultural heritage,how to attract more tourists and enhance its market competitiveness through service experience design has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper will discuss the strategies and methods of silver jewelry service experience design from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration.
