摘 要:村民学习空间是推进乡村振兴战略的重要载体,如何使其持续且有活力地运行是目前亟待研究的课题。从村民学习者的视角出发,村民学习空间可被划分为物理空间、活动空间和协议空间三个维度。物理空间的标志性门牌起到了连接三个空间的桥梁作用。通过门牌,设立者表达了他们对场所空间用途及村民相应活动的内隐期望,而村民活动能否满足这份期望则影响着该学习空间的实际效用。门牌设立者和学习者之间的“门牌协议”,作为协议空间的主要呈现形式,其变化会催生出不同类型的村民学习空间。确保“门牌协议”的持续运作是建设乡村优质学习空间的关键所在。为此,需推动空间从“供给驱动”向“需求驱动”转型;促进“政府声音”和“村民意见”的双向互通;重视“自治平台”对“学习团队”的柔性管理。Villagers’learning space is an important carrier to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.How to make it run continuously and energetically is a topic that needs to be studied urgently.From the perspective of villagers’learners,the villagers’learning space can be divided into three dimensions of physical space,activity space and agreement space.The iconic door sign of the physical space serves as a bridge connecting the three spaces.Through the door sign,there is an implicit expectation from the sign makers about the use of the space and the corresponding villagers’activities,and whether the villagers’activities can meet this expectation affects the actual utility of the learning space.The“door sign agreement”between the sign makers and the learners,as the main manifestation of the agreement space,will lead to different types of villagers’learning space.Maintaining the continuous operation of the“door sign agreement”is the key to building a high-quality learning space in rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the spatial transformation from“supply-driven”to“demand-driven”;promote the two-way communication between“government voices”and“villagers’opinions”;emphasize the flexible management of“learning teams”by“self-governance platforms”.
