数智时代新质生产力与开放大学深度耦合的价值意蕴、内在逻辑及创新策略

摘  要:新质生产力与开放大学展现出高度的内在契合与逻辑共生,两者共同聚焦于培育适应未来社会需求的高素质人才,进而推动社会生产力的跨越式发展,在数智时代形成了积极互促、双向赋能的良性循环。有鉴于此,深入探究新质生产力与开放大学耦合的深层价值及内在逻辑,成为数智时代人才培养的重要议题。目前,开放大学面临产教融合不足、教师数智素养不足和人才培养质量不高等现实挑战。为有效促进两者耦合,亟须采取精准策略:以服务新质生产力为导向,培养高素质劳动者;培养数智化教师队伍,提高教师“数智力”;强化数智协同,培养面向未来的学习者。The new quality productivity and the Open University show a high degree of internal fit and logical symbiosis,and the two jointly focus on cultivating high-quality talents to meet the needs of the future society,and then promote the leap-forward development of social productivity.Therefore,in the era of digital intelligence,a virtuous circle of positive mutual promotion and two-way empowerment has been formed.In view of this,in-depth exploration of the deep value and internal logic of the coupling between new quality productivity and the Open University has become an important issue for talent training in the era of digital intelligence.At present,the Open University is facing practical challenges such as the lack of integration of industry and education,the lack of digital and intellectual literacy of teachers,and the low quality of talent training.In order to effectively promote the coupling of the two,it is urgent to adopt precise strategies:to cultivate high-quality workers with the orientation of serving new quality productivity;cultivate a team of digital and intelligent teachers and improve teachers’“digital intelligence”;strengthen digital and intelligent collaboration and cultivate future-oriented learners.
