摘　　要：培养现代化公民推动高质量发展进而建设共富型社会是实现中国式现代化的内在需要,对高职教育提出多重功能期待,表征为在培养高层次技术技能人才并转化为创新驱动发展的推动力量、促进区域产业转型升级进而支撑经济高质量发展、增进各群体融合发展进而促进共同富裕社会建设。实现以上功能需要解决高层次技能人才供给少、引领区域发展能力不足、普惠共享不够充分等高职教育面临的现实挑战。为此,需要强化高层次人才供给以赋能个体可持续发展,增强区域发展引领力以赋能经济高质量发展,突出优质资源普惠性以赋能共富型社会建设,助力中国式现代化加快实现。Cultivating modern citizens to promote high-quality development and build a society of common wealth is an intrinsic need to realize Chinese-style modernization.It puts forward multiple functional expectations for higher vocational education,which is characterized by cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents and transforming them into the driving force of innovation-driven development,promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industries to support high-quality development of the economy,and enhancing the integration and development of various groups to promote the construction of a society of common wealth.To realize the above functions,it is necessary to solve the practical challenges faced by higher vocational education,such as low supply of high-level skilled talents,insufficient ability to lead regional development,and insufficient inclusive sharing.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supply of high-level talents to enable individual sustainable development,enhance the leading power of regional development to enable high-quality economic development,and highlight the inclusiveness of high-quality resources to enable the construction of a society of common wealth,so as to help accelerate the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
