摘  要:为提高透平发电机组密封性材料的密封性能,对分别使用密封胶自然粘接工艺和胶片硫化粘接工艺的密封圈试样的粘接效果进行了研究,并进一步优化出更加适合透平发电机组密封圈的粘接工艺。结果表明:(1)相较于胶片硫化粘接工艺,采用Henkel 102或JC-704密封胶自然粘接工艺制备的密封圈粘接试样的粘接性能更差,耐候性更差;(2)当硫化温度为175℃、硫化时间为180 s时,使用胶片硫化粘接工艺制备的密封圈粘接试样的粘接强度为5.71 MPa,且在浸油24 h和耐候性试验后,粘接强度仍然大于4 MPa,能满足密封圈接口粘接强度要求。综上所述,可采用胶片硫化粘接工艺对透平发电机组的密封圈进行密封粘接。In order to improve the adhesive performance of sealing materials for turbine generator sets,this experiment studied the adhesive effects of natural sealing adhesive process and film vulcanization adhesive process on sealing ring materials,and optimized a more suitable adhesive process for turbine generator set sealing rings.The results indicate that(1)compared to the film vulcanization bonding process,when using Henkel 102 sealant or JC-704 sealant natural bonding process,the adhesive performance and weather resistance of the sealing ring specimen are poor;(2)When the vulcanization temperature is 175℃and the vulcanization time is 180 seconds,the adhesive strength of the sealing ring adhesive sample prepared by the film vulcanization bonding process is 5.71 MPa.After 24 hours of immersion in oil and weather resistance test,the adhesive strength of the sample is still greater than 4 MPa,which can meet the requirements for the adhesive strength of the sealing ring interface.In summary,the film vulcanization bonding process could be used to seal and bond the sealing ring of the turbine generator set.
