摘 要:初中体育教学在提升学生主动参与度方面具有多方面意义,包括促进健康素养的构建、激发学习动力以及增强社会适应能力。然而,当前初中体育教学面临多元兴趣与统一课程矛盾、传统教学模式与现代期望落差、身体素质差异与教学同质化、功利性环境与体育价值偏离等难点。为此,可采取打造“兴趣定制”课程、构建“虚拟+现实”融合教学、推行“能力分层+目标进阶”教学、营造“体育荣耀”文化等策略。综合运用这些策略,并关注学生个体差异与需求变化,可为学生营造良好的体育学习环境,提升教学质量,促进学生全面发展。Junior high school physical education teaching has important significance in enhancing students'active participation,promoting the construction of health literacy,stimulating learning motivation and enhancing social adaptability.However,there are difficulties faced with junior high school physical education teaching currently,such as the contradiction between diverse interests and unified curriculum,the gap between traditional teaching models and modern expectations,the differences in physical fitness and the homogenization of teaching,and the deviation of the utilitarian environment from the value of physical education.To address these issues,strategies can be adopted,such as creating"interest-customized"courses,constructing"virtual+reality"integrated teaching,implementing"ability-stratified+goal-progressive"teaching,and building a"sports glory"culture.By comprehensively applying these strategies and paying attention to students'individual differences and changes in needs,a good learning environment for physical education can be created for students,the teaching quality can be improved,and the all-round development of students can be promoted.
