摘  要:文章主要研究了铁路工程线运输调度管理信息系统设计与应用方法,在掌握该系统实践意义的基础上,从北斗卫星实时定位与防碰撞报警融合技术、基于运行控制中心模式的电子地图服务、隧道内机车相互报警技术三个方面,分析了铁路工程线运输调度管理信息系统设计关键技术,同时,强调了总体架构设计、技术架构设计、功能架构设计、应用实践的具体路径,有助于充分发挥铁路工程线运输调度管理信息系统的应用价值,保障施工与行车组织安全有序,从而推动行业健康发展。This paper mainly studies the design and application method of transportation dispatching management information system of railway engineering line.On the basis of mastering the practical significance of the system,this paper analyzes the key technologies of designing the transportation dispatching management information system of railway engineering line from three aspects:fusion technology of Beidou satellite real-time positioning and anti-collision alarm,electronic map service based on operation control center mode,and mutual alarm technology of locomotive in the tunnel.At the same time,it emphasizes the specific paths of overall architecture design,technical architecture design,functional architecture design,and application practice,which is helpful to give full play to the application value of transportation dispatching management information of railway engineering line,and ensure the safety and order of construction and driving organization,so as to promote the healthy development of the industry.
