摘  要:该文综合分析了护理学专业教师的课程思政能力,包括其能力水平、影响其能力的因素、提升其能力的策略以及评价其能力的机制,并探讨目前存在的问题和不足,以期为进一步深化课程思政在护理教学领域的发展提供参考和借鉴。This study systematically reviews the progress of research on ideological and political education compe-tency among nursing teachers from four aspects,including the level of ideological and political education compe-tency,factors influencing ideological and political education competency,ways to improve ideological and politi-cal education competency,and the evaluation system of ideological and political education competency,and also analyzes current problems and shortcomings,in order to provide references and lessons for further deepening the development of ideological and political education competency in the field of nursing teaching and learning.
