“双创生态圈”医学生培养模式实践新探究——基于“高校—医院—新型研发机构”的“双创”教育新模式

摘　　要：时代呼唤具有技术整合力、跨学科学习力、强研究能力、创新和批判性思维、全球视野和国际合作、终身学习观念的医学生。然而传统的医学生培养模式与新时代卫生健康事业的发展并不高度同频契合,培养医学生的新质生产力是一项极具挑战性的任务,这涉及如何将先进技术和创新思维方式融入医学教育和研究,以培养出能够满足未来医学发展需求的医学创新人才。为此,该文以“高校—医院—新型研发机构”为依托,从创新医学生培养模式出发,紧贴国家重大发展战略和社会实际需求,构建了全方位沉浸式医学生创新创业教育环境,在“双创生态圈”医学生培养模式的指导下有效地培养了德才兼备的医学创新人才。This era necessitates medical students skilled in technology integration,interdisciplinary learning,ro-bust research,critical and innovative thinking,global perspectives,international collaboration,and lifelong learn-ing.However,traditional training models fall short in aligning with modern healthcare developments,making it a challenging task to cultivate the new quality productive forces of medical students.This involves how to integrate advanced technologies and innovative thinking into medical education and research to train innovative medical talents who can adapt to the needs of future medical development.This approach,by leveraging the university-hospital-new R&D institution alliance and an innovative model of medical education,a comprehensive,immer-sive atmosphere has been created for innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical students,in synergy with national development strategies and social demands.Guided by the“innovation and entrepreneurship atmo-sphere”education model for medical students,effective training has been provided to cultivate medical innovative talents with both moral integrity and professional competence.
