摘  要:针对“可编程控制器技术及应用”课程传统教学模式中实践资源不足、教学内容与工业场景脱节等问题,该文基于MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)组态技术,设计并开发了一套虚拟仿真教学案例库。案例库以三菱FX3U PLC为基础,结合虚拟仿真技术,围绕课程核心知识点,按照“基础案例、提高案例、综合案例”逐层递进的方式构建涵盖交通灯控制、水位控制、装配线自动化等典型工业应用场景。通过模块化设计,案例库实现了多层次、交互性和可扩展性,既满足了学生从简单到复杂的实践需求,也为教学内容的持续优化提供了技术支持。教学反馈表明,虚拟仿真的动态交互特性不仅弥补了硬件资源的不足,还能够帮助学生更直观地掌握工业控制系统的原理和调试技巧。In response to the problems of insufficient practical resources and disconnection between teaching con-tent and industrial scenarios in the traditional teaching model of the Programmable Logic Controller Technology and Application course,this paper designs and develops a virtual simulation teaching case library based on MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)configuration technology.The case library is based on Mitsubishi FX3U PLC,combined with virtual simulation technology,and is built around the core knowledge points of the course in a progressive manner,covering typical industrial application scenarios such as traffic light control,water level control,assembly line automation and so on.Through modular design,the case library becomes multi-level,interactive and scalable,which not only meets students’practical needs from simple to complex,but also provides technical support for the continuous optimization of teaching content.Teaching feedback shows that the dynamic interaction of virtual simulation not only makes up for the shortcomings of hardware resources,but also helps stu-dents more intuitively master the principles and debugging skills of industrial control systems.
