高职院校大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育结合的实施路径研究

摘　　要：高职院校在人才培养过程中不仅要注重技能培养,还要确保高职院校大学生拥有健全的心理健康和较高的思想政治水平。高职院校大学生正处在从法律成人向社会青年的过渡期,在过渡期加强他们的心理健康教育和思想政治教育,可以较好地引导他们成长成才。在这个过程中,心理健康教育更多是心理调适客观规律教育,缺乏高屋建瓴的政治引领;而思想政治教育更多是旗帜鲜明的思想教育,缺乏具体思想、心理塑造技巧的支持。思想政治教育也会用到很多心理健康教育的方法和逻辑,两者本就是相互融合的。只有充分辨析心理健康教育和思想政治教育的关联,才能认识到两者结合的重要性,并进一步探索心理健康教育与思想政治教育结合的实施路径。In the process of talent training,higher vocational colleges should not only focus on skills training,but also ensure that the students have sound mental health and a high ideological and political level.Higher voca-tional college students are in the transition period from youth to adulthood.Strengthening mental health education and ideological and political education during the transition period can better guide them to grow and become tal-ent.In this process,mental health education is more about politically neutral objective laws for psychological ad-justment,lacking high-level political guidance;while ideological and political education is more about clear-cut ideological education,lacking support by specific techniques of ideological and psychological shaping.In ideologi-cal and political education,many methods and logic of mental health education will also be used,and the two are integrated.Only by fully analyzing the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education can we recognize the importance of combining the two and further explore the path of combining mental health education and ideological and political education.
