摘  要:新质生产力是推动经济社会高质量发展的关键力量,具有创新性、融合性和高质量等特征。它对高职教育具有全方位的推动作用,促使高职教育进行全面改革。在高职师生心理互动中,新质生产力对师生双方具有多种正面心理作用,能够激发师生教学活力,增强职业认同。高职院校应加强教育与培训体系建设、实施校企合作与产教融合等多种融合路径,使新质生产力与高职师生心理互动实现高度融合。New quality productivity is a key force in promoting high-quality economic and social development,characterized by innovation,integration and high quality.It has a comprehensive driving effect on higher vocational education,promoting a comprehensive reform of higher vocational education.In the psychological interaction of vocational college teachers and students,new quality productivity has various positive psychological effects on both teachers and students,which can stimulate their teaching vitality and enhance their professional identity.Vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of education and training systems,implement various integration paths such as school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration,so as to achieve a high degree of integration between new quality productivity and the psychological interaction of vocational college teachers and students.
